I checked in  probly 2 hours later though
ami -thank`s for the nyqil & theraflu tips
it works but when i stopped i got a relapse and had to do it all over again.
at least it not as severe but it lingers like crazy

I am riding the storm here. Literally, as NM has finally seen her share of early cold winter winds.

Someone suggested I take brandy, honey and lemon for my throat. God, it hurts. I sound like Kathleen Turner with a bad cough! ha!

Ami, I wish I could join chat... but that's 4:30 AM my time. I would love it, though, if one time in the future we could have the chat on a Thursday or Friday (the weekends here are Friday/Saturday and back to work on Sunday).  ;)

Have you tried using the clickable link in the first post?

Once you've connected to the server, the channel name is #3DHS - typically type "/join #3DHS" and it should log you into the channel. Also, you can set your name to something other than "Guest" by typing in "/nick NewName" (obviously replacing NewName with your desired nickname).

Yeah, my main server is unreachable right now. Entire hosting service is gone, can't even report it to them (I don't have their phone number handy). Their machines are responding to ping and traceroute, but the servers aren't responding to content requests.

They've been pretty on-the-ball up until now. I'm gonna wait and see for now, but I have some backup plans that I can kick in if needed...
