people just don`t understand how hard some kids can be to raise.

thiers a reason some kids are homeschooled.

laws prevent schools from properly handling the more attention grabbing kids

and children with high intelligence doesn`t always translate to a well behave child

It never translates to a well behaved child IF one equates behavior with being docile.   Don't forget most people use the word docile with 'dumb beasts.'   One great sign of inteligence is being able to think our selves into getting what we want.

people were shocked when my brother graduated from college ,nobody doubted he was smart enough just that he lived long enough to do it.

for some reason intelligence rarely means knowing what not to do.
ex. having a minor drive you across the U.S. border to mexico
he and his buddies were all 20 and not one of them thought that was bad.
my brother was soo lucky getting a understanding sheriff.
I`m guessing these were not the 1st bunch of 20 year olds doing something stupid in that town
