Yes, he is.
I think it's an historical moment in time tonight.....as Lincoln, Kennedy, and the likes of FDR were indeed worthy to have their own historic moment in the great book.
But, history books will only tell a tale for the time.
My gosh, indeed, for this moment.....I am glad to hear that Obama is going to see his day in history. For the sake of race. (sorry, but that's all I can celebrate in the world of politics). You're either in or your out mentality. Sadly, we don't meld together to form a more unified and workable government. Instead we fight, argue, stand tall on point..and take steps forward and backward. But, that is then nature of our gov.
This gives us all hope in a way, if you think about it.
It's a good day for the world, if the man in power can bring about the hopeful from all citizens of this nation.
But, I don't hold out much hope. .. sadly.
Bush was in the office for too long. I do believe he ruined the nation's hope. Sadly...
Barrack Obama must pull this one off...
but again, I don't hold much hope.
THere is, however, a new man to show any race can lead this this nation.....he IS OUR FIRST. To be a part of history is so very awesome...that's the teacher in me.
God, this is a good day for the hope of a nation divided for too many years.
