   I think it helps a lot that most of us think that only a small number were mistreated , and that most of these were guilty of heinous crime.

We will never know who is innocent and who is guilty, as there will be no trials.
They have not permitted trials, because the specific tortures used will be brought to light.
At least twenty were tortured to death.

There are recordings that still have not been made public. The CIA torturers were cruel sadists.
