The declared candidate on that stage who most closely espouses the tea party ideals is not Rick Perry or Mitt Romney or Michele Bachmann or Rich Santorum and definitely not Jon Huntsman or Newt Gingrich. It's Herman Cain. Strange isn't it. Maybe no one noticed he was black.

============================================
This is true: Cain is closer to the Tea Party than any of the rest of them: less a religious kook than Bachmann, and ignorant of foreign affairs and economics, just like the 'baggers.

He is useful the the GOP because they can put him on the stage and say "See? A Negro! We have us a Negro. We aren't racists like they say we are!"

He has no chance of getting the nomination. This is a good thing. One cannot really run a country like a delivery Pizza business. It one could, then Papa John's might be better than Cain.

I would rather have a country run like a pizza business than the way Obama and the Democrat Party are governing this nation. Herman Cain doesn't appear to be a criminal to me. I'll take Herman any day of the week over Barry, Hillary, Kerry or anybody else the Democrat Party wants to run against him.

The Tea Party isn't about foreign affairs except as it relates to spending. Cain has superior knowledge than Obama concerning economics, having served with the Federal Reserve.

   Why would you say that Herman Cain was not experienced in economic matters?

    Did you make this assumption when you noticed he was black?

    This may seem like an unfair accusation, but many times critics of BHO have been accused of racism , so why elese would anyone disagree with such a delightfull guy as Herman cain? Racism is the best explanation.

Is it possible some people don't agree with Herman's politics and has nothing to do with race?

  Well yes, in theroy.
   But isn't racism still a better explanation?

only for the people that are more interested in demonizing the people that don't agree with Herman rather than debate why they disagree with Herman. I see this all the time with Obama. Obama and his backers label his critics as racists so a. they can eliminate the critic or b. so they can change the discussion to another direction rather than address head on what the critic is bringing up.

  That is exactly right.
  And you don't feel like doing it?
   Certainly a great way to argue without all that time and effort spent on thinking.
