Not only barring the press from all but the opening salutations of nuclear talks meetings (which evoked front-page newspaper comment from the Arab world to Latin America to Japan) but also in brushing off pointed questions from the world press on specific issues and events arising during the meetings.

Joke's on the liberals - - they've been fooled again by one of "their own."

Meet the New Boss . . .  same as the Old Boss.

LMFAO.

Nothing to feel bad about, CU4 - - it's like the bumper sticker says, "I used to be disgusted, now I'm just amused."

I think your problem (not yours personally, but the conservatives' problem in general) is one of too many choices.  20 years ago you would have voted McCain without holding your nose because he was in the mainstream of a party which had a sort of "One size fits all" strategy in selecting candidates but today they're as fractured as the Democrats.

Same?

Not worse?

Seems like the point of the article is that there is less of transparency and more of cloaked actions than previously .

It'll only be worse when Obama starts two totally unnecessary wars and blows $3 trillion on one of them.

Absolutely.  Blowing the three trill (if that's what he actually did) would be nothing more than pure foolishness.  It's the unnecessary wars that add the pure evil into the equation.  Makes all the difference between bad and worse.

He has the wars , they are not more justified wars , they are the same wars. He didn't start them of course , but also of course neither did his predicessor.

The last time we had a president start an optional war it was Clinton.

Most people seem to think there were two Gulf Wars, one ended and then another began years later when Bush invaded Iraq based on the ridiculous fiction that Saddam was an immediate threat to the U.S.A. because of mysterious "weapons of mass destruction" that the Bush administration insisted they knew as a fact were there.

In fact the idea that Saddam and not Bush started the second Gulf War is so preposterous that I will not spend any more time in debating than I would in debating the flatness of the earth, so we will just have to agree to disagree on that point.

<<Mike you might want to rethink Palin>

I just saw a poll that says that over 60% of Tea Partiers don't think she's qualified to be President.  She's damaged goods, Kramer.  Just cause she makes big bucks on the lecture circuit don't mean shit.  She'll wind up an oddity like Ann Coulter, but never again a serious political leader.

When did the first one end?

I seem to remember President Clinton shooting an Iriqui anti aircraft battery every cupple of weeks.
