In that case, persistent sexual overtures by a member of the House to any employee regardless of age could be at the very least an employment issue and here in Canada (probably also in the USA) would be a crime as well; to an underage employee, for sure a crime.  Covering up by a supervisor, which includes failure to conduct a reasonably diligent investigation, might also be a crime.

Wasn't that "the beef"?  Isn't that the foundation for this Foley garbage being dragged out all this time?  Specifically on what kind a predeator Foley was supposed to be, at that time.  Are we back now to "why didn't the connect the dots?"

The "beef" was that Foley sent inappropriate emails to a former page. The beef escalated to Foley participating in sexually explicit IM's with former pages. The IM's that made the front page have been attributed to one former page who has suddenly lawyered up with a top flight defense attorney, and the other IM's are from "anomynous" sources.

Fordham warned that Foley had a fancy for young men. I guess that is abnormal in the gay community. Though i doubt it is in the heterosexual community.

I thought the "beef" was that Hastert knew how inappropriate these Foley e-mailings were, and "circled the wagons".  Did I also not hear that this former page facilitated many if not all these e-mailings, as a prank, in an effort to goad Foley into the response he got?

it`s not a gay or hetero thing.
it`s a guy thing.

not all but a good percentage are drawn to someone younger.
the very reason miss america is bigger than ms. america.

and also why there`s a very minimul amount of older actors in television.
most are young and attractive.

but unlike they get better treatment.
socially if a boy had sex with a attractive older female he`s a hero
it it happen to a girl she`s a victim.
also the boy can marry her later on
