Holidays and Events: Ham Stir Fry with Couscous | Submitted By: STEPHNDON
     

Strips of ham are stir fried with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in a sweet and gingery sauce, and served over freshly steamed couscous. Water chestnuts and sliced almonds add a delightful crunch.
