I think it is safe to say that any economic decline will hurt poor people more than rich ones. For ever dollar a White family has in savings, a Black family has one dime. Black people know that they are poor, the last hired and the first fired. They do not blame the government, they blame the system.
Blacks will fare no better if some Republican't is elected.
Theft is going to happen more when there are fewer jobs.
The difference is Republicans don't use black people to get elected! The other difference is rich people hire people to work for them and when they pay less taxes they have more money to spend to hire. Of course rich is people making $200,000 per year or more.
So who would a person that makes $200,000 a year hire? Weekly housekeepers, gardeners, window-washers, carpet cleaners, car detailers, interior decorators, handymen, construction workers and so on and so forth. But when the economy is ruined, and taxes are high, many of these self-employment type menial jobs are jeopardized.
