New Cain spot
« on: October 24, 2011, 11:29:23 PM »
There is something about this ad that works, although I can't put my finger on what it is. It is definitely unique; I will give them that. I'm not sure where or when this is going to run.

Now is the time for action!

I'll tell you what it is. It's what I have liked about Cain all along. He isn't going to slick salesmen sell you. He isn't going to sugar coat things, he will tell it like it is. And if this guy in the ad wants to smoke I could care less because he's a big boy and understands the risks. You can tell the guy in the ad wouldn't be doing what he's doing if he didn't believe in Cain.

So what, I could care less if Cain screwed up the abortion question a few days ago. I just know I can trust him and that's 90% of the battle. His uniqueness is that he isn't slick packaged, phrase tested, playing cautious with his words and trying to bamboozle us with buzz words and phony baloney politic speak; he's just being Herman Cain and I like that.

I'm tired of the every hair in it's place politician that can't say what's really on his mind because if he did nobody would elect him.

Ho-hum.

So some smoker likes Cain. There is no real message here.

Cain is different! blah, blah, blah.

And yet you couldn't resist responding.

I love this ad.

Obama has to hide in a corner somewhere and take a smoke because he's too afraid for anybody to see what he's doing. Here's an ad by Cain that is in your face. That is a real, hard working American showing some enthusiasm for his candidate. It's real.

I didn't get a chance to watch any cable news today, so I don't know if the liberal left was in a tizzy about it.

But I hope they were. It shows a conservative white guy supporting a black guy, which is a no no with the liberal left because we are supposed to be racists. It shows somebody smoking, which is a no no to the liberal left, but guess what? real people go to work and relax and have a smoke.

I don't even know if this ad is supposed to run on the air, but it's great.

The ad proves that you can get a White guy to endorse a Black guy and smoke a cigarette if you pay him money. The ad says nothing other than Smoking Man likes Cain.

I see Smoking Man has aged a bit and grown a mustache since he was on the X Files.

It looks like they made the ad, then put it on the Web to see how well it works before actually paying real money to put it on the tube.

You are too narrow-minded to be a judge of the ad. Your opinions don't count nor matter because you are a blow-hard liberal.

Next time you tell me something you like about Cain, Newt or the Republican field or even a Republican ad and then I will be worried.

Yeah, Herman Cain has sold real pizzas. Or managed people who sold real pizzas. Not as good as Papa Johns or Little Ceasar's, maybe not even as good as Domino's.

But that means he can run a country. All he needs to do is get Congress to pass a cockamamie tax gimmick based on a successful video game.

He's keep uppity Negroes from spitting on peoples' boots, too.

Big effing deal.

What set of qualifications did you use back in 2008 when basing your vote for Obama?
I dare say two: 1. his negroness 2. his radical liberalism

I think Herman Cain is a much better choice over Obama.

Why would anyone want to reelect Obama when clearly he's no more experienced than he was 3 years ago in that clearly he never learns from his mistakes, i.e. he seems to want more and more Stimulus but can't learn that it's not working. Do you know the definition of insanity? Your name would be in the definition.
