Cain's candidacy has little chance of getting the nomination. His 999 plan will never make it through Congress. And you have no reason to believe that he would change his mind and try something else. You are projecting your opinions, and you have no basis for doing this.

Like any president, he would discover that he has much less power than he thought. But that only in the very unlikely event that he actually won both elections.
