Our Thanksgiving will be Friday, my son has duty Thursday.

And the grandkid gets to help me slow smoke a turkey breast

Yeah i use a char-griller pro with side firebox. I modded it for better heat distribution and put fat tires on it. Use natural hardwood charcoal and oak logs cut to size
