Question about illegal gun use

I got a hard time believing the common street thug practice good gun maintenance. So my question how often has these thugs or whatever had thier gun malfunction on them . I think the reason we don't hear in the news is becauce its just something not very detectable for reporting.

KIMBA.....my brother goes to an indoor gun range a lot. He says he often sees what appears to be gang members in there practicing all the time. Of course there is no way to verify they are gang members....hell thats hard to even do in court.....but he says these guys seem to really take care of their guns....they are wearing the super baggy khaki pants, head to toe tats, nose rings, wife beater shirts.....who knows.....but I think some of them take great care of their firearms.

It is likely that some do, some don't, and some of those that don't have accidents because of it.

There's really no way of knowing Kimba, without access to police reports, and even then, it may not be reported there.  All we have is speculation and hearsay as to answering that question.  I agree that it's doubtful thugs take much time to clean their weapon, especially after firing it, but then again, its probably not often they're shooting it, until they're about to do something pretty horrific
