If you believe the Russian official word , they have one more deployable missile than we do right now.

If you don't believe the official Russian report , would you guess more or less?

I doubt that the number or type of missiles that the US has is  any sort of common knowledge. Probably what the Russians has isn't either.

I doubt that the US or the Russians actually adhere to any treaties made buy the Soviets.
