McCain should retire. He has done everything that he can do. The only trouble is that Arizona has a way of electing total morons ( ignorant, combative, stupid teabagger fundie morons) to office. So he is probably a more reasonable person than the typical Arizona reactionary that might replace him. The idea would be for McCain to be replaced by one of these dolts who is then arrested for buggering burros at the zoo after using public funds intended for diseased children to bribe the keepers, with the event presented in a viral Youtubery a week before the election, resulting in the election of a sane Democrat.
