Marco Rubio For President!
« on: April 16, 2015, 07:38:09 PM »
I really like this guy.
He has a lot of the tools lacking in so many Republicans.
He's young and likable.
He would be the polar opposite of re-tread drama magnet grandma Hillary.
He is a people-person, comfortable in non-scripted settings unlike Hillary.
He can be feisty when needed.
He can appeal to groups mostly off-limits to the typical Republican Prez nominee.
He's harder to demonize.....will not fire up Dem base as would some others.
He is very well spoken and has almost zero "deer in headlight" factor.
It's going to be a tough battle no matter who we nominate against the "Santa Claus Party".
But for the time being I think Marco Rubio is our most electable.
So as you can see below I made my first Prez donation for 2016!

Your donation of $100.00 was successful.

XXXX, thank you for your donation of $100. Your willingness to help means everything in our fight to ensure A New American Century.

I like him too, but I'd still prefer someone with executive experience.  While I understand the political angle, I prefer a more functional angle.  Perhaps a Walker/Rubio ticket could work

Rubio is a tool.

Onme of his main problems will be keeping the press away from his father, who is a typical Cuban Fascist Fart.

Based on the inverse professorial presidential factor, the more xo doesn't like him, the better he must be.  So, who do you hate the most, xo? (not who doesn't have a chance to get the nomination, but which possible Republican candidate do you just thoroughly despise?)

I really only hate Dick Cheney.

I only have a mild contempt for the rest of them.

Well, your rhetoric defies that it's merely mild contempt, but let's play that game.   Who of the current crop of possible GOP candidates do you have the most contempt for?

How do you measure contempt? How does anyone compare amounts of contempt?

I neither know nor care. You are the contempt aficionado here. It is about all you are good at: contempt and snide remarks of unlimited stupidity.

Money contributed early in any campaign will mostly be used to solicit more money.

Everyone has a right to piss away their money, but most people are just annoyed when someone calls asking for money.
I have lots of better things to do with my money than use it so some paid solicitor can annoy others.

It doesn't matter how I measure it....its how you measure it.  It's a subjective thing, something you excel over, vs objective concepts

More of that projection thing going on.  If you can't even answer such a simple question, just say so, instead of your standard....unlimited snide and stupid responses     ::)

I do not bother to measure contempt at all. That is something you brought up.

Some things are not improved by bringing them up. This is one example.

Lunch is another.

If there were a quantifying unit of contempt, perhaps it should be named "the Dangerfield".

This would be a useful measurement to poll takers and pundits.

Perhaps....the problem is Plane, this exercise in deflective behavior is largely pointless.  It was a simple question that apparently even too simple for the professor to answer, without tripping over himself in deflection after snark after snide response.  When you ask which movie was worse, Dumb & Dumber or Ishtar, is completely subjective, based on nothing quantitative or measurable.  It's simply asking which movie did you consider worse.  The professor, for some reason, that only he's privy too, can't seem to answer that, but instead go on with arguing about how can one measure contempt, and other ridiculous tangents.

It's really simple, if the question was posed to me....who do I dislike more, Obama or Hillary.  Hands down, that'd be Obama.  Didn't require some tool to measure the amount of contempt, its just a simply question, that should lead to a simple answer.  But apparently simple isn't doable with our socialist professor

Sirs asks me,
" Who of the current crop of possible GOP candidates do you have the most contempt for?
So I tell him, "I do not bother to measure contempt at all. That is something you brought up.

Some things are not improved by bringing them up. This is one example.

Lunch is another."

Then he tells me that he did not ask me to "measure contempt".

If you do not measure X, then you cannot compare X with Y.  To state for whom I hold the greatest contempt. there most be a scale of some sort. But no such scale has been devised, since contempt is an emotion, and emotions defy classification.

It really does not matter. I despise the principles of the Republican't Party, their habit of pissing away huge sums on useless weapons and the State of Israel, and have noted that altough they CLAIM to be all for small government, not a one of them has left office with a government that had not grown. Their belief that more taxes can always be raised by lowering thee tax rate is indefensible nonsense, their claiming to be for individual rights is  a farce because they wish to force every pregnant woman to deliver a child or be punished,  and of course they cater to the gun nuts and the shysters of Wall Street. This is not to say that some Democrats do not do the same, but they do it far less, and grant far fewer favors to the rulinbg Oligarchy.  Republicans are assholes, and unfit to run my country. I will not vote for anyone who claims to be a Republican.
