Hillary responds to question by comparing Libia to Syria

Does she think that we have not been assertive enough in Syria?

Does she think of Libya as a success of her and President Obama's teamwork?

Does she really assert that Syria would be better off if she had been SOS to be assertive for President Obama?

Or do I read too much into her words?
