My 2nd favorite (Fiorina) endorces my 4th favorite (Cruz)

But here's the rub.......its why Reagan had that all to outstanding Reagan rule, that we criticize others via policy, not personality, or size of hands.  I mean, Democrats now have a treasure trove of sound bites, including that of Carson, roundly condemning Trump.

Trump did a great thing in bringing the issue of illegal immigration to the forfront.  it forced every other GOP candidate to pivot to issues that were far more important to the elecorate, then even Obamacare. 

Trump did a horrible thing in making so many personal slings and arrows, that  prompted eveyone else do start doing the same......outside of Kasich, and to a lesser extent Carson

Who would be a better Vice?

I think Trump is on record on wanting to pick a political insider (a member of the "estabishment")  It would not shock me if he tried to sway Paul Ryan, although I doubt he'd accept it

  Ever since Benjamin Franklin was made postmaster, there has been a sad tradition of placing science outside the third ring of power in our government.

    Perhaps Ben Carson is a good candidate for surgeon General , certainly this is a position that calls for someone with a high medical degree and practical medical experience , and a good understanding of how medicine is really accomplished.

But....

     I don't like the idea that this sort of training and qualification DISqualifies him from cabinet positions with an actual White House Office.

Yes, but if his plan is to throw a bone to the establishment with a veep pick of an establishment favorite, I disagree with this thinking.

On the other hand, I am getting accustomed to the candidates I like best finishing early.

It could well be that I am not choosing as the majority chooses.

And....

The veep choice is not likely to cost him my vote, since the basic reason he might get my vote is beholding, with horror, the alternative.
