   That is too bad.

    It appeared to be in French , but used some words that Google Translate failed to recognize.

     So perhaps it was a creole?

       Anyway with the help of Google translate I took the meaning to be that Hillary Clinton would be good for the US and welcome in Canada.

        This is an interesting thing , communications problems to overcome.



           I hope it was a persistent person. Another POV here would be welcome.
