Trump Cabinet
« on: December 16, 2016, 06:32:51 PM »
The left stream media seems to think that it is a scandal that Trump's Cabinet picks so far have a combined wealth of $11B.

FYI ....Republicans are wealthy when they take office.

Democrats are wealthy when they leave office.

I think its call a plutacracy . Which Im not too crazy about it because all those like minded people will mean no checks and balances. very likely our economy will of course get records gains but in the long run will be another isssue. Capitalist are by nature not very good long term strategies. Its the very reason today we have less big businesses now.

News Flash, Kimba....there was no checks and balances the last 8 years, outside of a split party, as in the Dems controlling the Executive branch, and the GOP controlling the Legislative Branch.  There was no checks and balances within the Executive Branch.  Obama saw to that with his picks

And now its backfiring. It was democrats who limit fillibustering which made trumps job of posting his cabinets so much easier. Notice no complaints in the house. That because they cant. But bad news is i heard rumors of remove all fillibuster powers. Obviously lessons are not being learned. Both parties seem to not ackowledge the political tide is not stagnant and can always change.
