i`m focusing on the business friendly aspect and if this is true then texas will just keep growing but if the natives require too much from it`s new residence it can be another california. texas already copy many things from california . example enviromental policies

If the new Texans learn to be like the usual Texan , Texas will change slowly and reasonably.

If Texas grows a contingent of people who demand government services like New Englanders , or regulation like Californians, perhaps they will be accommodated and Texas will need better taxes.

need better taxes is most likely . since the new residence were invited and never told to changed thier ways. it`s obvious thier invited since how else did they know to go there.
