Before the scandol many supervisors refuse to be alone with women out of fear of harassment charges. I predict an increased distance between men and women in the workplace and a mark downturn in productivity. Trust in the workplace will be alot less now

Probably true.
I shared an office with a woman for ten years, then they moved me because they decided no men and women could share and office. The next administration moved up back together again.

It is not hard to not grab a woman's ass.

I Looked this up and now the girls scouts are saying kids should not hug relatives they are not comfortable with. I see some logic to this but think it will have greater problems in the long run. I remember an old articles saying the difference between rich people and everybody else is thier ability to associate  with people they do not like.

this article is a few years old but I think it`s more relevant today. I remember one of the issues about african guards a few dacades ago is that they tend to not acknowledge the females supervisors in thier presense. I think men today will eventually do version of this of not addressing them out of fear of offending .
