Browns cornerback arrested at Hopkins

Leigh BoddenBrowns cornerback Leigh Bodden had an attorney enter not guilty pleas today in Cleveland Municipal Court to charges of resisting arrest, failure to comply and a traffic ticket.
Cleveland police arrested Browns cornerback Leigh Bodden at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport on Wednesday for arguing with officers and resisting arrest in the arrivals area.
His playing status for Sunday's season opener is uncertain.
Attorney Matt Selby told Judge Marilyn B. Cassidy that Bodden was available if needed.
Bodden posted a $1,000 bond was released at 1:05 a.m. today after spending about five hours in jail.
Selby said Bodden did not receive special treatment. "You don't have to be a Brown" to get out of jail in five hours, he said.
Selby said he plans to hold a press conference later today because Bodden wants to "give his side of the story and clear his name."
