good to know

logical

People that exercise, eat right, socialize, have a spiritual life, are married, not drug addicted, and typically lean conservative are relatively happy, well adjusted, live longer lives and probably have better sex and more frequent too. That would pretty much exclude liberals. Why do you think Libs are so unhappy & miserable? They are so terribly unhappy that they want to wreck the rest of our lives so we all can be as miserable as them.

The only true way to happiness is to be Kramer. He's damn near perfect.

Over the past few years, more psychologists have turned their attention to questions about why we hold the political attitudes we do. In a recent entry, Jaime Napier and John Jost published a series of experiments that conclude that conservatives are happier than liberals, not just in the United States, but in nine other nations as well.

tons of them

i`m one of them
we`re the ones actually doing our jobs and barely keeping this town functioning.

I say barely because conservatives don`t make great supervisors.

the phrase "you should be happy to have a job" is not a good morale booster.

But it is a realistic statement.

but not as a subject on morale.

I`ve seen the result of said statement
the most minimul amount of volunteers as possible for coverage and overtime.

in a work enviroment it puts a greater unproductive distance between employer and employee.

It's amazing what an arbitrary firing can do to restore order.

it`s rummered that steve jobs does that

it`s so bad that even today employees won`t go in the elevator with him out of fear he`ll fire them.

he the only person i know under contract not be allowed to directly supervise.

it was in all the papers when he cameback to apple.

what do expect when you get 200% performance out of people by treating them like crap.

not something you want to do for long periods of time
