3DHS / Teleprompters for the weak?
« on: June 08, 2016, 01:49:51 PM »
The word is out about Trump.

The teabaggers must be saying, "The force is weak with this one."

Why did Trump badmouth teleprompters?  Because the Teabaggers badmouthed them.

The teleprompter is of course, a very useful way for a speaker to deliver precisely the speech he wants to deliver, without overshooting the time limits.

What happens when a speaker tries to memorize a stump speech?  We had a great example of that when Marco Rubio kept repeating the same dumb phrase about Obama and Christie called him on it. And everyone remembers Rubio's grab for his water bottle better than anything he said.

Leadership requires excellence. Effective speaking is a serious and important part of leadership.

A teleprompter is a tool for achieving excellence, just as a good set of socket wrenches are the sign of a good mechanic, If you see a mechanic trying to get it done with pliers or vise-grips, consider taking the car to someone else.

The teleprompter screen also can deflect bullets.

3DHS / New slogan for the vets.
« on: June 01, 2016, 10:49:51 AM »
Electing a president has nothing to do with raising money for veteran's charities.
If Trump promises $6 million and does not deliver $6 million, then the press is entirely justified in pressuring him about his false promises.
You are free to send Trump money to help this billionaire who has never shut up about how much money he has to make good on his promises.

The number one criticism of any politician of whatever party is that they promise and do not deliver.
Trump claims to have $10 billion, so $6 million is just chump change for him DEDUCTIBLE chump change.
He promised, and he did not deliver.

ONLY when the press harassed him about his broken promise did he send any money.
Not one cent left his teensy hands until they called him on it.

He didn't wanna "show them the money"
Then he badmouthed the press for pointing out that he broke his damn promise.

Blowhard SOB has no leg to stand on.00

Vets need a slogan to chant at Trumpolian events:

"Bitch, betta have our money!" "Bitch, betta have our money!" "Bitch, betta have our money!" "Bitch, betta have our money!" :P

3DHS / Trump's campaign is broke

This turkey said that the proof that he was honest was that not bought off by anyone, But now he claims that he needs money.
sirs, Plane, can you spare him the cost of a dime bag, or perhaps just a dime.

Trump claimed to own $10 billion, but five billion of that is what he thinks his name is worth.
He has been loaning his campaign chest money, but apparently he has told his campaign chest that he has no more to give.

He could cash in a casino, hock a hotel, .....or ask sirs and Plane to help.

3DHS / Trump: the Game Plan.
« on: May 25, 2016, 01:43:37 PM »
Trump the Game Plan

There once was a huckster named Trump
who liked to be kissed on the rump.
He promised awed voters
if they'd be his promoters,
he'd magically fix up their dump.

Now the voters were dreaming of Ronald
and hoping they'd found him in Donald.
And so, lightly "thinking"
after much heavy drinking,
they put out, as if they'd been fondled.

But once he'd secured the election
Trump found his fans cause for dejection.
"I only love tens!"
he complained to his "friends,"
then deported them: black, white and Mexican.

Thus Donald fulfilled his sworn duties
by ridding the land of non-cuties.
Once the plain Janes were gone
he could smile on his throne
surrounded by imported beauties!

3DHS / Who else shot JFK?

This was on Netflix until recently.
The best JFK explanation I have seen so far.
A Secret Service guy in a panic shot JFK accidentally and they covered it up.

3DHS / Republican plot to prevent Democrats from voting
« on: May 20, 2016, 08:52:50 AM »
http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/politics/2014/10/al_jazeera_america_s_reveals_massive_gop_voter_suppression_effort_millions.html

The poorer a voter is, the more likely he is a renter, and will vote for Democrats.
The more likely he is a renter, the more likely he will change his address often.
Poor people cannot take time off to register their changes of address.

All this is well known. Voter impersonation and double voting is NOT a serious problem.

In 2008, Gov. Scott deliberately limited early voting, and I had to wait FIVE HOURS to vote in North Miami.
A lot of people had to get back to work or lose money or perhaps even their jobs.

Rick Scott is am evil sumbitch. But a typical Republican't,

3DHS / Leo Olivera travels 6100 kms. on his bike in South America.
« on: May 13, 2016, 10:30:10 AM »
Leo Olivera is a 24 years old of industrial design who really, really likes to ride his bike.
From Buenos Aires Province to Ecuador he rode across Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador on a woman's bike.
His description is terrific, but it is in Spanish. But he did make a 5 minute video, mostly when riding down hill. He slept in police stations, fire stations and parks along the way.

He made another trip across Argentina earlier, from Chascomús to San Juan. Yeah, I know, so look at a map.

I had some pretty good adventures when I was 24, but nothing like Leo's.
