Forgive any presumption in the question.

There was one, and that's why I ask.

Bork is my litmus for those with one ear, and those with two.

If you back bork, I am dealing with a guy with a club in his hand, and not one willing to reason anything out.

Blind loyalty attached to whomever, sociopathologically, for gain's sake.  Course, that also describes a Young Republican.

It looks to me like Roberts is just a stealth Ken doll with the soul of Bork the Dork.

Alito is little more than Scalia Lite: perhaps less than Scalia.

The Founding Fathers really screwed up when they made the Supremes a lifetime appointment. In a government of and by the people, there should be NO lifetime appointments.

Lifetime appointments are only viable for powerless monarchs: the King of Belgium, the Duchess of Luxembourg, the Seigneur of Sark.
