I think it's the U.S. military which should be put on the defensive and probably would be if the MSM weren't falling all over themselves to be first in line to kiss up to their ass.

According to Ditz's article, the WikiLeaks leaks show that the military knew for years just how badly the war was going, but kept presenting false stories to the American people about how they were "turning a corner" and things were looking brighter.  They are not only bullshit artists but losers as well, but one game they can win every time is persuading the Congress that they really, really, really ARE turning the corner this time and so just this one more time need (after the expiration of all time already granted) just [  ] 1,  2[  ] or 3 [  ]    more [  ]months  [  ] years to achieve "victory" over these 14th Century barbarians.

Oh well, whatever sells more [  ] helicopters   [  ] armoured vehicles   [  ] mercenary contractor hours to the numbnuts who pay endlessly into the coffers of war but mindlessly chant Tea Party slogans about fiscal responsibility in the time they can spare from acquiring and mounting "Support Our Troops" plastic yellow ribbon decorations to the backs of their pick-up trucks.
