2 cents on Mitt
« on: January 28, 2012, 08:22:24 PM »
STOP WITH THE BOGUS GARBAGE LEFTIST-LIKE ATTACKS ON NEWT  He was AQUITTED OF THE ETHICS VIOLATIONS.  HE IS A STAUNCH CONSERVATIVE AND REAGAN SUPPORTER, AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN

In your overt haste to win the GOP nomination, you're alienating more and more of the conservative base you'll need to take out Obama, if you were to get the nomination.

What would COVERT haste look like?

The Newtster is an ethic-free crackpot.

Now Cain has joined forces with the Newtster, forming a new organization: Philanders for Family Values!

It might be that not a one of the GOP candidates actually pay any attention to sir's pathetic pleadings.

Don't know.  What would it, since I never referenced something covert?  And you call yourself a language professor??

You mean......*gasp*.....they're not going to call me for my personal advice??   I'm shocked I tell, yas....shocked.  To think someone would actually think that highly of me to believe that a Presidential candidate would simply choose not to contact me personally.  WOW......thanks Xo

Hey... you are the one addressing them, so I figured that you must believe that they actually hear your supplications.

Naaa...I have no such delusion.  It's referred to as rhetorical.  But I appreciate that you thought so

It is ultimately most important to choose capable people as President.

There may be thousands of Americans with the qualifacations, the experience , the temprement , the leadership qualitys and whatnot that would make good presidents, but we only need one.

So we set them on each other and elect the ones standing after the fray.

I am not sure that this always elects the best of the best , but we won't ever elect a guy that can't scrap.

Personally, I have no problem with a Presidential want-to-be to scrap.  I do have a problem with choosing to scrap in the sewer

Has it not ever harmed a campaign , to become too negative and /or unfair?

I think that when we spot a canadate using dirty tricks , we have learned something .

I would not be surprised if Romney, Gingrich or Santorum used any dirty tricks. I would be somewhat surprised if Paul did so. I see no evidence that anyone is using dirty tricks, but they are of course all posting ads which range from deceptive to outright lies.

It will make it easier for President Obama to win, in my opinion, and that is a good thing. Romney would make no better a president than Bob Dole, while Gingrich, Paul and Santorum would all be perfectly horrid.

And its no surprise, what-so-ever that Obama, along with his minions like Biden, Pelosi, & Wasserman-Schultz, with a very receptiove MSM, will blanket the electorate with a whole host of both old and new dirty tricks, though they'll largely be founded in 1 of 2 prongs, if not combined, race and class warfare

Can't run on his record, so grotesque distortions & lies will become their norm

What would you expect? The kluxers are all on the GOP side, as are all the fatcats who think that somehow taxing people who do not work of a living at 15% when those who actually have to work are taxed at 35%.

Obama is quite likely to win.

We have Gingrich peons here in Florida are shouting that they want to send Obama to "Kenya".

WRONG in so many ways & levels......let us just touch the edge

- you have no FACTS to support the asanine notion that "The kluxers are all on the GOP side".  .   In fact, most folks that push racial policy and segregationist attitudes are coming out of your prescious Democrat party
- there are just as many, if not more "fatcats" on the left, who will hypocritcally push whatever loophole they can to avoid paying "their fair share"
- Those, who are paying 15% taxes on their dividends, ALREADY PAYED TAXES AT THE ELEVATED 35+% RATE, FROM THEIR INCOME, that they then reinvested in the stockmarket.  Meaning they've ALREADY HAD THEIR SHARE OF 35+% TAXATION.  The 15% is now on top of what they already payed in income taxes

Obama is quite likely to win.

It's the Republican's to lose, I'll grant you that

Gingrich is essentially a fringe all by himself.

It would be an advantage to Obama if the Newtster were the nominee.
He is a pussywhipped, corrupt influence-peddling egomaniac.
