In 2010, Nancy Pelosi famously claimed that Congress needed to pass Obamacare in order to find out what’s in it. Well, a federal court just read Obamacare and found out what wasn’t in it: tax credit subsidies for federal exchange health plans

      This was probably intended as a feature that would twist the arms of Governors and state legislatures .

       The majority of Governors being Republicans  , perhaps Republican Senators and Congressmen , or even the Governors themselves could have been consulted rather than threatened.

IF the Democrats lose the Senate, it will be because there are more Democrats retiring in swing states, and because, in non-presidential election years, many Democrats stay home and do not vote at all.

Obamacare will not be scrapped. It may be changed, but national health care is here to stay.
