Save you money and cook this at home:

London Broil Custom cut 2.5 inch thick.

Stab the meat thoroughly.

Marinate overnight in Wishbone Italian Dressing. (no other brand will do)

I place the meat in a ziplock gallon freezer bag and refrigerate .

Cook the meat over a hot grill for about 5 minutes each side for rare/med-rare). Slice thin (1/4 inch)  and serve.

Serve with baked potato, salad or saute or asparagus cuts, zucchinni, squash, mushroom and onions in a garlic butter sauce. Invent your own vegatable medley if you wish. I have been known to wrap the whole mix in foil and cook on the grill at the same time as the meat.

thanks
will definately try that
I never had london broil before.
and I`m a fan of med/rare steaks
I find it the easiet to eat that way
rare is too chewy and well done is abit tough
