Wiccans get worship area at Air Force Academy

A double circle of stones atop a hill on the campus near Colorado Springs has been designated for the group, which previously met indoors.

I think that depends on their class position and date of graduation. You know those ring tappers have their own strange rules.

BTW, for those of you who weren't in the military, a ring-tapper is an academy grad. West Point, Annapolis, or the Air Force Academy.

There is a certain number of them present as cadets?

Or is this something that can be demanded whether there are cadets or not?
