seriously, because Obama is president and we have affirmative action happening in order to make him look better than he really is, seriously that's why. Oh and of course all the press that has carried his water up to now has to save face so the mirage continues. You know the emperor has no cloths syndrome.

There was a plan. The blowout preventer was the plan.

When it failed, there turned out to be no real plan B.

Pretty shabby disaster recovery plan. Perhaps the Feds need to addresss this issue in present and future drilling ops.

whats not known(by the public) is why it`s so hard to do.
the answer is since this has never been done, all solution thought up is really guesswork.
and still the oil is flowing right now.

It's not the first oil spill from an offshore rig. Previous spills were stopped by drilling relief wells - which BP has been working on for quite a while now.

that`s true and I belive they`re being made right now, but those take weeks. but for a immediate solution it`s all theory at this very moment.

but I find all this very interesting ,because this really is the best that can be done. nobody is dragging thier feet trying to stop this and they still can`t figure this out yet.
