NO, it was never about me.

Sure it was. You and all the maligned teachers of the world.

You ever wonder why he would say don't let go of us unless he had been let go by teachers before?

As for any of the original post about the video being about me, sure I, along with many other teachers in that library yesterday, were very touched by the video. The morale is so low among good teachers. But you wouldn't know that. You sit on the armchair and spew your negative comments. The video was uplifting. I was reminded of just how much we give to children beyond instruction. I was also reminded  not to give up----as it is a hard time for many good teachers these days. But, of course you can't wrap your mind around that part of it all. You see the picture the only way you know how---a way to criticize teachers.

Hey he is a poet.

It is hard to overstate the importance of teaching , and the quality of teaching is the quality of life in the future , every other important thing depends on haveing someone arond who knows something about it.

You need to back up your charges.

Prove or retract.

You are silly, Bt.
I am not in a court here...LOL

MY god, Man, you are wrong.....and I am not going to be bullied on a simple video tape that was heartfelt.

Btw, are you a vietnam veteran? You are a a born fighter, as I see it on this board. You would fight the rose if it took issue with you as it's thorn.

It has often been said that the currency of exchange in forums is credibility.

Some value their credibility, others apparently don't.

You have little credibility when it comes to education and teachers, BT.

I respect you but not in this arena.

I don't see why i should value this criticism when you are quick to make accusations that you are unwilling to prove.

Bill,

Just re-read your posts. You have such a negative slant when it comes to teachers.

You're eyes will some day be opened.
