Illegal does not mean impossible. I see where abortions are not banned in Canada, I know they are available in Mexico, and I hardly think that Malta and the Vatican City are likely to set a trend. Ireland is no more than 100 miles from the UK. Abortions are readily available in Northern Ireland and of course England and Scotland as well.

They pass out handbills for abortions in Buenos Aires and Corrientes, among other places I noticed.
