Mother Jones is ENTIRELY justified in publishing what the creeps in McConnell's office were saying, just as the guy who ratted out Romney was totally justified.

The right of privacy of the dorks in McTurtle's office is clearly less important than the public knowing what sort of sleazebags are claiming to act in their interest.

If the means is criminal, how is that justified in any way, when its not in an effort to combat something that you yourself have yet to demonstrate as anything criminal.  What you may opine as "important" is not some defacto confirmation of anything illegal on the part of McConnell.  Not to mention that it'd be a truly ignorant position to claim that the Dems don't equally, if far more zealously, condemn Republicans and opposing candidates, behind CLOSED doors
