Each of the people involved in any corporation is replaceable. Corporations are not human, they are a human product.
You have a pretty strict definition of Human , if groups of humans are not human.
Corporations are human the same way that schools are, I am sure that all of the facility and student body of Yale have been replaced since they started but as happens with corporations and schools alike the replacement people assume the duties that keeps the thing together.
What would a school be if all of its people left and were not replaced?
A corporation sans persons would be a what?
As a product of human beings a company would not be human, but being composed of human beings, it is.
