Really Interesting Site on JFK Assassination
« on: October 08, 2006, 12:05:00 AM »
Of course, [link=http://www.jfkmurdersolved.com/presentation.htm]this site[/link] will be poo'poo'ed and derided by everyone with closed minds, but it has a lot of tidbits that I didn't know that aren't immediately associated with the Kennedy Assassination.

For instance:

Who considered Richard Milhouse Nixon his protege'?  Answer:  Prescott Bush

J Edgar Hoover wrote a memo about a week after the JFK murder, that talked about "misguided" Cuban exiles.  Guess whose name was mentioned in that memo?  Answer:  George Bush (of the Central Intelligence Agency).

One of Prescott Bush's best buddies was a spy for the Nazis by the name of George Demohrenschildt.  GD went on to, of course, become a CIA operative out of Dallas, TX.  Guess who one of his new best friends was?  Answer:  One Lee Harvey Oswald.  GD actually got him the job at the book depository.  GD was a millionaire.  LHO made like $2 an hour at the book depository.

Lots more there.

Holy Criznap.

Allen Dulles sought out a young Naval Officer that had been put in charge of some captured Nazi documents. If the documents surfaced it would have revealed Dulles as a traitor. In a deal to bury the documents, Dulles agreed to finance the young man’s first political race. This was the beginning of the political career of Richard Nixon.

Buried 'em deep, huh?

So, where are they, if it's known that Nixon buried 'em?

This is pretty interesting.  I've come across a few of these names (Bosch just today) in relation to quite separate things.  Very interesting to see it all tied together like this,  but I'm skeptical.
It would, however, explain quite a bit.....

I haven't a clue.   Please find out and let us know, ok?

JFK's assassination is probably best covered in a book called "Best Evidence," I believe the author is named Lifton or Lefton.  There may have been a second edition of the book, so if you are looking for it, make sure you get the later edition.

The evidence is pretty clear that JFK was assassinated by mid-ranking members of the state security apparatus, probably the little-known Office of Naval Intelligence andmost likely involving other agencies as well, such as the CIA and the Secret Service which provided the President's bodyguards.  Kennedy had been reckless enough to fire Allen Dulles and two other top-ranking CIA executives in the wake of the failed Bay of Pigs invasion, and even worse, had denied American air cover to the operation , which infuriated the Cuban mercenaries who participated and embarrassed their American recruiters who had promised it.  (Kennedy's excuse was that the air power had been conditional on the mercenaries' promise that the population of Cuba would rise up and greet the invading mercenaries as liberators - - doesn't that sound familiar? - - and when the population instead closed ranks around Fidel and hunted down the mercenaries in the swamps to which they had fled, the air power was held back to avoid making an even bigger mess of things than the CIA had managed up to that point.)

So here is this guy who wouldn't go the extra mile at the Bay of Pigs, had the temerity to fire Allen Dulles and was openly talking about how U.S. troops would have to be pulled out of Viet Nam if the Vietnamese puppet forces continued to show reluctance in propping up "their own" government.  He was virtually a walking dead man, didn't matter how much money the old man had.  You don't fuck with Allen Dulles even if you're the President of the United States.

Michael--
So you're saying we had a coup in our own country and we didn't even know it?

Interesting to imagine  what would have happened if someone like George W. had been the next president.

That's basically what it was, Lanya, a coup d'etat.  Some European publications described it exactly that way, and I think Indira Gandhi said pretty much the same thing without using those words.

The European or Latin American coup d'etat is a bit different, though, they're usually engineered to put a specific person or clique into power.  In the USA, the coup seems to be more towards removing somebody from power, somebody who's seen as dangerous to the power elite or to the national interest (as seen by the state security types) and just sort of trusting the elite to pick its next leader a little more carefully, not to make the same mistake twice, in other words.

Nobody will ever know the specific assassins or even what agency or agencies they came from, and in fact there's a very good book by a Canadian career diplomat whose name I forget called "Deep Politics and the Assassination of JFK," which makes the point that because of the incredibly deep and complex interrelationship of America's intelligence agencies, big business, organized crime, police  and politics, ANY investigation of the assassination will inevitably involve the investigators basically investigating themselves and thus will never be able to get to the bottom of it.

Funny, I thought you were the one presenting this information as fact.

So, it's not true, as far as you know?

Science dictates that till we see proof that the statements aren't true, that we must accept that it is true.

So, until someone proves that God does not exist, you accept that he does?

(Actually, you have science completely backwards - until proof is supplied that a statement is true, it is accepted as nothing more than a hypothesis.)

What about something that can't be proven but must be assumed?

For example" a set is equal to itself".
