Reality Programs
« on: September 03, 2007, 09:00:51 PM »
It's been a while since I posted in CV. Favorite movies, hated stars, envied actors....etc

There has been a surge of "Reality TV" programming in the past few years. Does anyone have a favorite or most hated RTV show?

I love Top Chef!

There are no more reality shows. It's all done for the cameras. However I do watch a few. Simmons Family Jewels and Hogan Knows Best.

ok how about favorite sit com within the past 6  or so years.

My vote.....and don't tell me you all don't let yourself LAUGH?

........................if you don't...then you are not to be taken so seriously anymore on any forum....

Raymond!!!!!
God, Everybody loves HIM.
If you look really closely, you will see episodes of I Love Lucy within the award winning show, Everybody Loves Raymond.
I didn't discover it unil this past year.....I tape every episode I can to watch when I have time. I found out they received an Emmy? WOw..no wonder.
Good writing and great  acting in it's comic forum is priceless.

Sad the suffering of the funny and talented Owen Wilson. . .by the way.

Raymond??  No, j/k, it is a very entertaining sit com.  Mine would have to be .......... MASH.  As anti-war as a show could ever be, it was equally as funny & entertaining as a sit-com could ever be.....if you could call it a sit com

I liked Coupling the UK sitcom.
I smell something burning, hope it's just my brains.
They're only dropping peppermints and daisy-chains
So stuff my nose with garlic
   Coat my eyes with butter
   Fill my ears with silver
   Stick my legs in plaster
   Tell me lies about Vietnam.

Any good? My TiVo keeps recording it as a suggestion to watch, but I've never watched it.

Words fail me. All I can say is it's an adult play on journey to the center of the earth and all those terrible 50's horror shows. I love it.
