FYI This interview was a bad idea for Obama. I believe this just might be the last straw that persuades some Dems to vote not on ObamaCare. Clearly Obama said he does not care about the Constitution with regards to how this bill gets voted in. He is a crook, a liar, and anti-US Constitution. He thinks he is a dictator. I am seriously beginning to believe that he and his cronies will manufacturer a "CRISES" before the elections in order to secure power under Martial Law.

He really came across as a typical politican, frequently claiming "let me be clear", then following up with vague talking points, and never really answering a direct question.  Cudos to the interviewer, Brett, who wouldn't let him get away with it.  Notice how Obama really couldn't be bothered by "process" (that'd be the CONSTITUTION, Mr President), and in the end the congress critters will be "voting" on reform (HIS version) or the status quo (can't be bothered with starting over with a much more saner approach & bill)

Oh good gravy, then there was Obama's Louisiana defense which would help.....HAWAII??

The one thing I wish Brett would have done, is anytime the President tried to claim that he was supporting these palimentary games and procedures, because the people want congress and himself to do their job of supposedly reforming healthcare, Brett should have consistently brought up poll after poll after poll that makes it cystal clear that this bill is NOT what they want, as far as reform goes.  Especially in how its trying to be passed

My fantasy is that at the end of the interview Brett says to Obama: Mr. President HC is a major major step and the American people are really concerned about it and the process; it would have be nice if you had answered my questions directly and forthright.

At least you can give some cudos to Obama in trying to repair his image by being interviewed by Fox.  If only other networks could notice that you can still be firm and respectful in questioning him.  Far too many Obama kool-aide driking MSM idgits don't dare disrepect their prez

I don't think he did the interview for those reasons.

I think he was under the illusion that he could use his charm and win people over to his side. He had no idea that he would be asked the tough questions REPEATEDLY to the point that he looked  as bad as he did. He did himself no good at all and actually knocked his position back a step or two. If the bill ends up going down I feel that Fox interview was the straw that broke the camels back.

He could have done that on any other MSM outlet.  He specifically chose the evil Fox News.  But I agree that he probably thinks he can talk anyone into anything.  Too bad that only happens when his teleprompter is in hypergear

I don't agree to the extent Fox is the #1 rated network and actually has millions of people watching it. And the majority of watchers don't want health care to pass. Why try and sell the losers watching CBS, ABC, NBC because they are already sold on the HC Bill. The Cartoon Network has more viewers than CNN.

Nearly 3/4 of the country doesn't want his Healthcare reform.  I doubt they're all Fox News watchers.  Why go into enemy territory, when you have so many still in your own barn that don't agree with you

Considering the Obama, Pelosi & Reid approach it doesn't seem to matter what the majority want. I think it boils down to what Obama wants. The little crybaby has to have his way.
