If they try him in a civilian court, the case will be invalid if they have failed to read him his rights.
You seem to be too dense to understand this, which does not surprise me.

The denseness is in the idea he should have been read his rights in the 1st place

Yeah, it is always stupid to follow the Constitution except when it comes to your beloved 2nd Amendment.

Of course, that would require examples of where i didn't support any other portion of the Constitution.  Good luck with that

So you say that he need not be read his rights, then you claim to be all for the Constitution.

You are a dolt.

Speaking of dolts, since when is a terrorist/enemy combatant read their rights before the drone hits them??  Do we have a recording of Bin Laden being read his rights??   ::)

That is a different situation. Even a dolt would recognize that.

There's not a squat of difference.  It's all dealing with terrorists.  What the hell is the difference??  But cudos on the continued name calling

If there is a public trial, it makes a big difference. If a drone saps Khameed Al Unpronounceablename in the mountains of Yemen, it is in the press for maybe one day. If a live prisoner is tried in a court it is in the media for weeks, with all sorts of prpopaganda on both sides. If the US makes a presumption of following its own laws, then it is important to do so.

This is just as much a propaganda war as it is a fighting war.

In other words, the Administration is purposely making it a difference, being grossly hypocritical in the process, considering their use of drones for nearly every other terrorist

This is just as much a propaganda war as it is a fighting war.

And if they didn't "read him his rights", how bad does that make it for Obama & Co, as more layers of his incompetence is revealed?

They do not use drones for "nearly every other terrorist". If they had done so, there would be none left.

"Christians" needs to change his handle to"Christians who embrace torture for smaller government".
