In an arrest affidavit, Encinia wrote that Bland kicked him. She was booked on suspicion of assaulting a public servant, a felony, and held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Do your research. X, nor anyone else, ever mentioned what she was charged with, or her bail. So it is not at all unusual that she was in jail for several days trying to raise bail. Possibly growing more depressed and more despondent as time went on.

Get off your high horse, X, and let the investigation uncover whatever it uncovers.

Well, that would explain the 3 days now.  Thanks for the heads up, Hnumpah

suspicion of assault?

Why did they not show us the bruise, or a video of the officer limping pitifully?
I would say because she inflicted no harm on him more deadly than a misplaced footstool or a kids' Lego block.

There was no bruise, or we would have seen it, as we saw Zimmy's face.
There was no justification to put this poor woman in jail.

I fully expect them to all get off scot free. That is the tradition.

XO....
so it's ok to kick or assault a police officer while being uncooperative as
long as you don't leave a bruise or injure the officer?
Of course the officers will not be charged with any criminal charges.
Because the evidence thus far clearly shows they did not commit any criminal violations.
You can't charge an officer if a crazy previously suicidal druggie woman commits suicide in jail.
The officer did not kill her, nor did he injure her.
She committed suicide on her own.
And she would be alive today had she simply cooperated with very simple requests.

That is your opinion.

You want her to be dead, for some insane reason.

Do you want to kill the insane?

Do you want to kill people who use pot?

Do you think kicking a guy in the shins deserves a death penalty?

Or do you just think women/and or Blacks deserve to die?

You are one sick fuck.  This woman did nor deserve to die and if not for these  cops, she would be alive today.

I think people who break the law, whether running a stop sign or not signalling a lane change, deserve to be cited. Those who escalate the situation by not complying with the police deserve stiffer penalties, up to and including those who resist arrest or commit a felonious assault on an officer, who deserve to be arrested and hauled off to the hoosegow. If they can't make bail, they can sit there until trial. If they get depressed or despondent, maybe they'll think twice about their actions next time. Other than the fact she was arrested and was in jail when she died, THE FACTS ARE NOT ALL IN YET, yet X stands by ready and willing to blow it all up into some grand police conspiracy to kill this woman. Sandra Bland may have 'also been right', but she was dead wrong in the way she handled the situation that got her thrown into jail to start with. She could scream and cry and boo hoo all she wanted about being the aggrieved black woman, but she crossed a line that got her arrested. As for what happened in jail, I'm happy to wait for the final report, rather than jump to conclusions.

You want her to be dead, for some insane reason.

Yeah sure....
The truth is I don't want other people scape-goated
for this druggie crazy bitch killing herself.

Do you want to kill people who use pot?

Yeah sure...when I have already stated in this thread I have two close friends
that smoke weed.....yeah I want to kill my friends! Ha Ha
I actually prefer pot be legalized...to hammer drug cartels.

You are one sick fuck.

Yes a "sick fuck" for not cow-towing to the typical race to judgement to demean police officers.

This woman did nor deserve to die and if not for these cops, she would be alive today.

It is too bad she is dead, but it's her own fault she committed suicide.

I think that she may not have committed suicide. If there is a conspiracy, it is a conspiracy to cover up what really happened.

It is sick to rejoice over the death of anyone. This woman did not deserve to die. The cop gave her a ticket when she was endangering no one. He sees her doing one thing and cites her for an offense that was not an offense. He was just making his quota.

I see that you call her a "bitch", though you have never met her and do not know her.

I fully expect the cops to get away with this, but since no cop was harmed in any way and the woman is dead, she is the one who deserves sympathy.

I think that she may not have committed suicide.

Autopsy report shows no sign of struggle on her body
Autopsy report shows cut marks/scars on wrists from previous cuttings
Jail 24 hour videos show nothing unusual
Other inmates report no incident
so what is your evidence to support it was not suicide?

Lame excuses from the cops that leave many gaps.

It hardly matters what I think, anyway.

There is a lot about this story they conjured up that sounds phony, The cops are covering their asses.
'
As I said, they will probably get away with it.

I do not have any obligation whatever to believe their lame-sounding story.

I have a feeling about bullshit they tell me. In the Third Grade, I did not believe that ducking and covering under my desk would save me from a nuclear attack, either. I did not believe that the Russians were going to try to invade the US, and I did not believe that Saddam's WMD's were a threat to anyone, since they did not exist, at least in 2003.

I did not believe the Mexican government about the murder of protestors at Tlaltelolco in 1968, and I believed that the Vietnamese War was a huge waste of time and money. And again, I was right.

Everyone with the intelligence of a Portobello mushroom knew when the President said that insurance rates are  determined by insurance customers.
It was the companies, NOT the President that made it hard for some people to keep their insurance. Some people had bogus insurance that they liked because the premiums were very low. But of course, they were insured against nothing much.

The President has nothing to do with these Texas cops who are busily trying to cover their ample asses. Nothing at all.
And this has absoutely NOTHING to do with  this uppity woman that CU4 describes as a "bitch" whose unpunished death you celebrate.

funny how you seem offended by the "bitch" tag
but yet you repeatedly call almost every officer involved in these incidents an "asshole"
long before the facts are known.....more "one way street-ism"?
